Constance of Normandy (c. 1057-1090) was the daughter of William the Conqueror, the Duke of Normandy and King of England. In 1075, she married Alan IV, Duke of Brittany, and became the Duchess of Brittany. They had one son together, Conan III.
Constance was known for her intelligence and piety, and was respected by the people of Brittany. She was also involved in the political affairs of the duchy, and played a role in negotiating peace between her husband and the French king, Philip I.
After her husband's death in 1119, Constance became the regent for her young son, Conan III. She ruled as regent until her own death in 1090, when Conan took full control of the duchy. Constance was buried at the Abbey of Sainte-Croix in Quimperlé, Brittany.
